Amendments
Any modifications to these terms and conditions must be mutually agreed upon in writing prior to project confirmation.
Project initiation
The project will commence upon the fulfilment of the following conditions:
1. Agreement on the project price between the client and myself.
2. Mutual agreement on the terms and conditions of the project.
3. Approval of the project schedule.
4. Provision of required assets.

Assets
Assets supplied by the client must be internally approved before I integrate them to the project by the client team unless alternative arrangements are communicated in writing. Should I proceed with work utilising assets that lack internal approval by the client team, and subsequent replacements or alterations are necessitated post-approval, resulting in additional work for me, additional charges will apply. For example, if a photo is initially incorporated and masked, but is later substituted requiring remasking, additional costs will be applied. Similarly, if the client provides a design (styleframe) for animation that undergoes internal modifications thereafter, the client will be invoiced for the creation of the new animation.

I have the flexibility to commence work with a minimum of assets if it does not impact the agreed-upon schedule. Nonetheless, failure to provide the necessary assets according to the agreed schedule may require adjustments to the project timeline and deadlines.

Change Requests
The client must approve each stage of the project before proceeding to the subsequent stage. Any alterations to the script or brief, or final approval by a superior resulting in changes after a stage has been approved, will be considered a change of scope and subject to additional charges beyond the original quote.

Copyright
I agree not to utilise images that infringe upon copyright laws or are of low resolution/quality. The Client warrants that they are either the copyright holder or possess written authorization from the copyright holder to employ the image(s) for commercial purposes.

Confidentiality
Any data designated as "Confidential" provided by one party to the other must solely be employed for the fulfilment of this agreement and may not be divulged to third parties without the express written permission of the disclosing party.

Working hours
I operate on a schedule of 7 hours of work with a 1-hour break. Overtime will incur an additional hourly charge. Out of consideration for my mental well-being and family commitments, I do not exceed 10 hours of work in a single day. Rates are subject to time and a half on Saturdays and double time on Sundays.

Payment
The Client will be issued an invoice for all finalized work. Payment for invoices is required within a two-week period from the invoice date. Any payments made after this two-week period will result in an additional charge in compliance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Deadlines
The commitment is to meet the agreed-upon deadlines for the work outlined before commencement. However, liability cannot be assumed for missed deadlines if they result from the client's failure to provide necessary assets or timely sign-off on drafts when requested.

Pauses
In the event that the client pauses the project for a period of three weeks or more, without intending to cancel it, I will issue an invoice reflecting the portion of work completed up to that point, along with all exported materials produced until the pause date.

Bookings changes
A booking constitutes a financial commitment. Reserved time may be rescheduled or cancelled without incurring a penalty fee only if notice is provided via email at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled day. If cancellation occurs in writing 4 or fewer days before the scheduled day, the client is obligated to pay 100% of the day rate.

Editable files
Unless explicitly arranged prior to project commencement and upon payment of an agreed-upon fee, no working files (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop files) will be provided. I do not guarantee the backup and storage of these files for future retrieval.
